Founder and CEO, Ms. Bala Krishnamurthy

Ms. Bala Krishnamurthy has been nurturing and directing software development teams and designing software for over twenty years in high tech industries. Her technical specialization is in the fields of algorithm development, communications, networked systems, embedded systems, programming languages, databases and user interfaces. She has worked with corporations such as Unimation, Westinghouse, HelpMate Robotics Inc. Staubli, DRS_PCT, Hamilton Sundstrand, and ASML (formerly SVGL). Bala's product successes include robot manipulators in the manufacturing industry, a mobile sensate courier robot, a mobile research base and a 3-D range sensor.

In 2007 Ms. Krishnamurthy was the first female recepient of the robotic industry's premier honor, the Engelberger Robotics Award in the Technology Development Category.
Ms. Krishnamurthy has been awarded the Westinghouse special award for technical leadership and has authored eight technical papers for conferences in the US and Europe.

Founder and CTO, Dr. Simon D. Hill

Dr. Simon Hill has over twenty five years of experience in the design and development of hardware and software. His areas of expertise include communication, networking, expert systems, fuzzy logic, neural networks, simulation and control of electro-mechanical devices. Simon has a depth and breadth of practical product-development experience that covers the fields of lithography image-plane thermal compensation for the semiconductor industry, power-conversion equipment for the air-transport industry, mobile-robot motion-control systems, time-of-flight distance measuring equipment and real-time image processing for the physical-distribution industry. These project experiences have evolved while working with Helpmate Robotics, UPS, SVGL, Frijpak Air Cargo, Cuemaster Audio, and Monash University.

Simon has published twenty peer-reviewed papers in Journals and Conference Proceedings in Australia, Asia, Europe and USA.
